Mother’s Day Puja: a restorative workshop

Join me for a deliciously relaxing and nurturing afternoon...
Yoga on the Lane, 10 March, 3- 5:30pm, £25

An offering of gratitude to women of all ages, this will be a time to honour the gentle holding and absolute strength of a mother, as it’s mother’s day. Allow yourself the space to reconnect to the intention to look after yourself as well as others. Enjoy melting tension with restorative yoga, let yourself be truly heard with some chanting, then find silence in meditation followed by the ancient traditional ritual of tea and chat with friends.

All are welcome (whether you are a mother, have a mother, want to be a mother), you can even bring your mother! (Appropriate for all stages and ages).

Upcoming Workshop

Mythic Yoga Flow: Invoke your Inner Warrior

June 23, 2-5pm, Shoreditch, £25
Presented by Bridget Stacey Luff & Caroline Hendry

Join us for a summer solstice celebration with yoga asana, storytelling, meditation, pranayama and chanting. In this time of bright light we honour the goddess of darkness, chaos, fiery passion and compassion. Kali is a fierce lioness who fights for what she believes in. She holds us in times of growth so we can find new opportunities and bring focus to our practice and lives. This is not woo woo or wishy washy – it’s fast, furious and real. It’s life!

We’ll honour Kali with a strong flowing practice building strength with core ignitors, hip openers and arm balances, followed by some subtler practices including a deep guided meditation.

Saturday, 23 June 2012, Great Eastern St From 2-5pm, followed by chats, tea and treats.
£25/£20 concession (please bring cash on day), Suitable for all levels,
